Sue

Manager

Sue has worked in the Early Years sector for over 20 years. Her Qualifications include Early Years Teacher Status, BA (Hons)Degree in Early Years Studies and she has received training in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Children and SEN and Safer Recruitment. Her philosophy is to have an open-door policy for parents and staff, Sue expects her staff to maintain high standards to ensure they maintain good routines and structure within the Pre-school and to empower children’s learning and development.

Charlotte

Deputy Manager & DSL

Charlotte has years of experience as a deputy manager and is a level 3 qualified practitioner. Charlotte supports Sue in her managerial role on a day to day basis and is a designated safe guarding lead for the setting.

Nina

Keyperson

Nina is a level 3 qualified practitioner and key people within the setting and has been with us for many years. Nina enjoys leading craft activities and is a designated safe guarding lead for the setting as well as our sustainability officer.

Jess

Keyperson

Jess is a level 4 qualified practitioner and key person within the setting. She has a wealth of experience with early years childcare and enjoys creating learning opportunities in our woodland area.

Louise

Keyperson

Louise is a level 2 qualified practitioner and key person within the setting. Louise enjoys engaging with the children playing board games and messy play.

Chloe

Keyperson & SEN

Chloe is a level 3 qualified key person within our setting and is our SEN lead. Chloe particularly enjoys getting outdoors with the children and exploring our extensive play equipment.

Julia

Keyperson

Julia is a level 3 qualified key person within our setting and the longest serving member of the team. Julia has an extensive knowledge of her role and particularly enjoys engaging with the children in singing and story time.

Casey

Keyperson

Casey is currently training for her level 2 qualification. Casey particularly enjoys outdoor and imaginative play.

Leah

Keyperson

Lucy is a level 3 qualified key person within our setting. Leah particularly enjoys outdoor play with the children.

Support Staff Playworkers

Our team of amazing support staff are all on hand each day to educate your children through play and keep them safe and happy whilst also supporting our team of key people.

Kate

Financial Administrator

Kate is our experienced financial administrator for the setting. Kate ensures our day to day administrative and financial requirements run effectively and in line with our policies and procedures.

Jenny

Committee Chair

Jenny is a dedicated committee chair who works incredibly closely with all staff members and committee members to ensure the smooth running of the setting and fundraising in order to provide exciting equipment and opportunities for all children. Our committee is made up of a collective of parents who are passionate about our Pre School and Breakfast club being the best it can be for our community.
